Why my ATA card doesn't work
Reason:	Many of ATA card have incorrect voltage sense logic
Solution:	PC Cards are required to signal they power requirements to the host. For historical reasons, many 5.0V ATA cards signal 3.3V power requirement. You may correct this by specifying /VS:50 switch in SSPCIC command line instead of default /VS:AUTO.
