DOS Point Enabler(s) Troubleshooting

- Enabler fails to recognize the card on

- Application hangs after entering a 12-bytes
serial number and restart of computer
- On every start of Enabler appears warning about
serial number expiration
- USB/ATA/Firewire Disk created using APSoft
