Enabler works when Card is inserted in socket 0, but doesn't work in socket 1.
Reason:	Routing of INTB is physically not implemented for Socket 1. This problem was noted mostly on Toshiba notebooks.
Solution:	Try to add parameter /MX:on to enabler command line. /MX:on will force both sockets using INTA (interrupt tie) on all ENE and several Texas Instruments adapters.
