If you really need removing PCIScope installation manually, then you have to:
- Shut down PCIScope.EXE (if open).
- Remove the entire registry tree:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\APSoft\PCIScope
- Remove the entire registry tree:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PCIScope
- Remove the entire registry tree:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\PSKD
- Remove the entire registry tree:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.bpd
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PCIScope.Application
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PCIScope.Application.1
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PCIScope.snapshot
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{D4E7E65A-DE6D-4FBD-961D-BEB1CF2923B0}
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Typelib\{81923875-E915-4ACA-995A-4D8ADE33241B}
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu\Programs\PCIScope (if exist)

- Reboot computer
- Delete PCIScope installation directory with all it's contents
(i.e. C:\Program Files\APSoft\PCIScope)
