How to get technical support for DMIScope |
Please send an e-mail in English (we cannot process technical support questions
on any other language) to technical support. |
In your request please specify: |
- DMIScope version and build date exactly
as it appears in the README.TXT from program installation directory.
- Where and when did you bought your version, your serial number.
- Description of your problem.
- Operating system where the problem occurred. Please also specify build number
and version of Service Pack if available.
- Please specify the model and manufacturer of your computer.
- Please note if you saw the problem only once, or it repeats every time
you start DMIScope.

Please attach to your e-mail following files: |
- DMIScope's snapshot of your system
(menu File -> Save As...).
- If you modified CUSTOM.INI file from program's installation directory,
please attach it to your e-mail.
- If you modified DMI.INF file from program's installation directory,
please attach it to your e-mail.
- If you modified any other files from program's installation directory,
please attach them to your e-mail.
Attention!
Do not include text of required files in your e-mail. All support files should be
attached. We will not process support requests without files listed above
or with content of such files included into e-mail text. |
